HDPE Oyster Raft System
Product Overview
Corrosion resistance, high toughness, modular design
GENTAIN's new wind and wave resistant oyster row adopts high-quality HDPE material and modular structure design. It is resistant to seawater corrosion, has high toughness and stable buoyancy. It can be used in offshore harbors, offshore farming and far-reaching sea oyster farming scenarios. Compared with traditional bamboo and foam oyster steaks, HDPE oyster steaks are more durable, more environmentally friendly, have lower maintenance costs, and are more suitable for modern marine ranches and large-scale aquaculture.

Structural features
Wave-Resistant HDPE Oyster Raft
Continuous black HDPE buoyancy tubes are used instead of dispersed pontoons as the main floating body, and are combined with modular oyster breeding units and working channels to take into account water surface stability, personnel access and later expansion needs.
- Continuous HDPE Buoyancy Tube FrameThe continuous tube body forms a stable buoyancy foundation and is suitable for long-term use in the offshore environment.
- Modular breeding unitCombination planning can be carried out based on breeding density, operating methods and sea area conditions.
- Working channel and guardrail matchingReserve a clear and safe working space for daily inspection, harvesting and maintenance.
- Mooring system collaborative configurationThe anchoring plan can be confirmed based on water depth, tidal current, wind waves and site boundaries.

System configuration
Modular planning based on sea area conditions
The specific size, number of units and anchoring configuration should be confirmed based on the project sea conditions, breeding scale and operation methods.
| Configuration item | Configuration direction |
|---|---|
| Applicable waters | Offshore harbors, inner bays and sea areas adapted through project assessment |
| Main floating body | Continuous HDPE Buoyancy Tube Frame |
| Breeding layout | Modular oyster breeding unit, can be extended according to scale combination |
| Homework Package | Working channels, guardrails, connectors and daily maintenance space |
| Mooring plan | Conduct project confirmation based on water depth, tidal current, wind and waves and sea area boundaries |

Project Support
Overall communication from breeding layout to anchoring facilities
GENTAIN can combine the breeding categories, unit scale, sea depth and operating methods to communicate the system configurations such as oyster row framework, breeding modules, channels and anchoring.
- Confirm the buoyancy tube and frame plan based on sea conditions and water depth
- Confirm unit layout based on breeding density and harvesting methods
- Communicate supply, installation and technical data support based on project rhythm
