Quality Assurance
GENTAIN has established a quality assurance system around raw materials, equipment, online control, experimental testing and product delivery to provide a stable manufacturing foundation for PE pipes, fittings and water engineering products.
Quality Assurance
GENTAIN insists on controlling quality from the source, using high-quality raw materials, supporting stable production equipment and testing systems to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
Raw materialsThe raw materials come from high-density polyethylene and polypropylene from well-known petrochemical plants at home and abroad. They are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and promise not to add recycled waste. All raw materials must undergo strict testing after entering the factory and can be put into production only after passing the standards.
EquipmentThe company is equipped with pipe extruders and centralized feeding systems imported from Germany. There are 17 pieces of equipment, of which 7 are imported equipment from Battenfeld (Germany), 9 are domestic extrusion equipment, and 1 is a domestic double-wall corrugated pipeline.
DetectThe online meter weight control system and online ultrasonic testing system are used to improve product quality stability and detect product size indicators online; the CNAS experimental center continuously controls the quality of raw materials and finished products.
Traceability
GENTAIN has established a clear identification system on major pipe products, marking standard numbers, batch numbers, production dates, production lines, shifts, manufacturers and inspectors and other information to facilitate project acceptance, quality tracking and after-sales communication.
